Description
The bottleneck freezer (Champenoise method) for 45 bottles made of AISI 304 stainless steel, thanks to the use of glycol at a temperature of -25°C / -28°C, allows the freezing of bottlenecks during the „disgorging“ phase of sparkling wines and champagnes so as to remove all impurities deposited in the cork and making the final product perfectly clear.
