Fully automatic distributor and capper for twist-off closures. Consisting of: • Fully automatic, low-noise magnetic alignment and distribution of closures (metal capsules tipe Twist Off). • Adjustable capsule distributor channel for different formats; flying trigger head (attachment). • Hot air blower with adjustable temperature for preheating of the caps before closure. • Pneumatically driven closing head with adjustable closing force adjustment. • Closing process takes place in line. • Underframe made of electro-welded structure, completely made of stainless steel. • Machine complies with CE regulations. • Electric box in stainless steel • Machine complete with belt, belt drive and rectangular bottle collecting table. • Hourly output: up to 600 containers • Dimensions (L x W x H): 1000 x 1200 x 2500 mm • Power supply: 1.5 KW, 400 V, three-phase, 50 Hz. • Compressed air at 6 bar: 100 l / m ‚(compressor required).
