Description
Double-walled oil bath cooking pot completely made of stainless steel. With mixer and gas burner. Double wallet jam cooking pot filled with a special heat conducting oil. The oil absorbs the heat of the burner and distributes it optimally over the whole surface of the pot. The result is a very fast heating and the jam does not burn. The mixer is mounted on the housing via a special bracket and can be adjusted in height. The wing of the mixer can be removed easily. The mixer is driven by an 18kW electric motor with reduction gear for a slow and powerful mixing. On the side of the double-walled oil bath pot is the drain with DIN40 threaded supports. This outlet can be used directly for filling or is connected to the filling plant via a pipeline. Valves with different outlets optionally available.
