Once the set temperature is reached, the must warmer switches off. If the temperature drops again, the device automatically switches on again. The thermostat reacts to the ambient temperature, the temperature of the surrounding liquid is measured, and based on this temperature the thermostat switches the must warmer on and off. This control makes it possible to bring the liquid to or maintain the desired temperature. IMPORTANT! The stainless steel must warmers are suitable only for liquids. Solid substances such as mash burn on the must warmer, which leads to overheating and burning of the electronic parts. The element must be completely immersed!
