Per conservare i succhi di frutta appena spremuti. Travasate il Vs succo di frutta immediatamente dopo la pressatura, o dopo la chiarificazione nel serbatoio semprepieno nel suo posto definitivo in cantina. Il serbatoio semprepieno deve avere un diametro da 40 fino a 80 cm e una altezza massima di 120 cm. Immergete il Vs pastorizzatore nel succo di frutta, in modo che appoggi sul fondo del serbatoio (altezza massima del succo di frutta 100 cm). Attaccate la spina alla presa di corrente (230 V). Con l’apparecchio con termostato regolate la temperatura e il lavoro è già completato. Appena il succo ha raggiunto la temperatura desiderata (80 – 85 °C al solito) il Vs. pastorizzatore si spegne da solo. Adesso appoggiate il coperchio ad olio sul succo caldo e versate l’olio enologico fra bordo del coperchio e bordo del serbatoio direttamente sul succo di frutta con uno strato di almeno 10mm. Coprite il serbatoio con il coperchio parapolvere.
