Description
The Crusher/destemmer is the first important machine in the process of wine making. The grapes are separated from the stems and the berries are broken up by the squeeze rollers for further processing. The inclined hopper together with the feed screw ensure that the grapes are transported to the rollers. The squeeze rollers of this machine are star-shaped and made of rubber. The special feature of these rollers is that the grapes are broken up more gently. This does not damage the grape seed and combs and the aroma is retained. Thanks to the exchangeable sieves, elderberries or mountain ash / rowan berries can also be processed into juice or distillates for further processing. Cleaning: Easy cleaning of the crusher/destemmer After de-stemming the grapes, you can remove the ejection protection in just a few simple steps. The stainless steel sieve (perforated plate) is hidden directly behind it. This can be pulled out of the unit with just one hand. You can now effortlessly clean the stainless steel sieve and the machine individually. This is how you safely remove all the grape remnants of the crusher/destemmer so that the next time the new harvest can be processed under the best conditions.
