Description
The Zero Pressure controller maintains the condition of wine at its best, eliminating contamination by air and extending the product life. Easily fitted to existing cellar installations at extremely low cost. Does not apply any CO² pressure onto the wine and avoids any pressure build-up in the cask. Zero Pressure controller for Nitrogen or CO² to the barrel at NIL pressure, The ZERO Pressure controller maintains the condition of wine at its best, eliminating contamination by air and extending the product life. Easily fitted to existing cellar installations at extremely low cost. Does not apply any CO² pressure onto the wine and avoids any pressure build-up in the cask. CO² is supplied to the breather at line pressure and on demand will provide CO² to the barrel at NIL pressure. A sealed system precludes all foul air, oxygen airborne bacteria etc. from beer contact maintaining the condition of the wine for longer periods without the disadvantages of blanket pressure systems which introduce CO² into the liquid. Technical Specification: • All parts in contact with fluids certified food grade. • Inlet: Fitted with a hose tail suitable for 3/8″ ID hose. • Inlet Pressure: Normal-Up to 15psi – Safe working-60psi. • Outlet: Fitted with a hose tail suitable for 3/8″ ID hose. • Outlet will be clearly labelled. • Outlet pressure range: 0-1 psig independent of inlet pressure. • Pressure relief: Aspirator is fitted with a relief mechanism to ensure cask pressure does not exceed 1 psig. • Safety:Ensures outlet pressure never exceeds 10psig even when inlet pressure is maximum (60psig). • Unit is supplied with a suitable bracket for wall mounting.
