Description
Improvement of wine quality by controlled fermentation. (Single Tank Temperature Controller) The use of the frutty thermoregulator in conjunction with a cooling plate or snake makes it possible to keep the fermentation temperature in the correct range and thus to produce a high-quality product. Ready-to-assemble control module with digital temperature display, solenoide valve and probe. Can be used for cooling or heating! • Fermentation temperature control for white wines • Stimulation of the fermentation of red wines through targeted heating • Cooling of freshly pressed must for degumming • Prevention of fermentation in fruit juice production The unit is either mounted directly at the inlet of the heat sink or, in case of stationary use for only one tank, on the wall (extra long probe cable).
