Al centro del piatto di raccolta del succo del torchio c’è un mandrino continuo. L’unità di pressatura viene posizionata sopra di essa dall’alto. Per poter azionare facilmente il cricchetto della pressa, si avvita una leva che permette di azionare facilmente il meccanismo di pressatura. Il cesto di pressatura di questo torchio per frutta è fatto di legno sicuro per gli alimenti. Per una facile pulizia della pressa, viene smontato solo il cestello della pressa. Questo è chiuso con chiusure a sgancio rapido sul lato. Ciò significa che presto sarete in grado di smontare la pressa completa e raggiungere ogni angolo per la pulizia.
