Description
Full automatic monoblock filling unit with filling machine for liquid and viscous products with fully automatic distributor and capper for twist-off closures. Monoblock consisting of: • Rotating volumetric dosing unit, consisting of a rotary lobe pump made of stainless steel AISI 316, motorized with electric motor, control of dosing setting via inverter and electronic pulse counter; • Settings via the keyboard on the electronic controller panel • suitable for processing food • suitable for hot filling and hot disinfectable, • Filling valve with drop stop and synchronously controlled two-way valve • Fully automatic, low-noise magnetic alignment and distribution of closures (metal capsules tipe Twist Off). • Adjustable capsule distributor channel for different formats, flying trigger head (attachment). • Hot air blower with adjustable temperature for preheating of the caps before closure. • Pneumatically driven closing head with adjustable closing force adjustment. • Closing process take place in the starwheel. • Underframe made of electro-welded structure, completely made of stainless steel. • Machine complies with CE regulations. • Electric box in stainless steel box . • Machine complete with belt, belt drive and rectangular bottle collecting table. • Hourly output: 700/1500 containers. (depending on product type and volume of the container) • Dimensions: mm mm 1200 x 2500 h2400 • Power supply: 4.0 KW 380 V, three-phase 50 Hz. • Compressed air at 6 bar: 100 l / m ‚(compressor required).
