Description
Free standing corking machine for crown cork with automatic distirbution of the corks. The automatic crown corker with a production up to 2000 b/h, is suitable for the application of crown caps diameter 26mm or / and 29 mm (The unit is equipped for one size and the second one is an option). The machine is suitable for handling cylindrical glass bottles with adjustable diameter and height. The lifting of the head is mechanical, manually operated by hand wheel, and allows to work various bottle sizes. For the automatic distribution of the caps a capsule magazine is mounted on an vibrator base with speed adjustment. As a result of the vibrations, the crown corks run over a rail upwards and are oriented at the same time. From the tub, the capsules are inserted into the capping head and then simply pressed on the bottle neck by a conical tool. • complete with hopper, capsules feeder and closing head • variable speed control • production: 2.000 bottles/hour
