Description
The vibrating screen is used to filter liquids and thus to minimize the amount of turbidity. Particularly suitable for food, chemical and pharmaceutical use Vibrating motor with three-dimensional (shaking, swivelling and rotating) movement so that the filter mesh remains clean and does not clog. Used for sieving viscous, liquid and very difficult to sieve products. The juice to be filtered is fed into the vibrating sieve from above via a special Ø100 mm distributor. Solids (such as trub and small pieces of fruit) are separated from the juice via the sieve insert and by shaking the entire sieve unit. These solids are automatically transported towards the ejector and discharged. The filtered juice flows through the sieve insert and can be discharged at the juice outlet, collected and processed further.
