Calgonit AF 108 ist ein mildalkalischer Allzweckreinigerz um Einsatz in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie. Das Produkt eignet sich zur Anwendung als Schaumreiniger sowie zur manuellen Reinigung und entfernt wirkungsvoll Fette, Öle und proteinhaltige Ablagerungen. Calgonit AF 108 enthält Komplexbildner zur Härtebindung und ist sehr gut materialverträglich. Aufgrund seiner speziellen Zusammensetzung ist das Produkt gut abspülbar und vermeidet das Auftreten weißer Silikatbeläge.
