The frutty 50 pasteurizer is intended for small juice producers. The machine is used for easy and effectively pasteurization for different types of juices. The capacity is from 50 to 70 lt/h. The Pasteurizer is used to make the juice reach high temperatures in a very short time, preserving healthy vitamins and minerals while destroying harmful bacteria and microorganisms. By removing the stainless steel spiral from the pot, the pasteurizer can also be easily used to cook fruit jam, thanks to the high quality of its base. Besonders geeignet für die Klärung von Weißweinen, Rotweinen und Mosten. GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG: Collagel Gold in warmen Wasser (1:10) auflösen und sofort in die zu behandelnde Masse einarbeiten. DOSIERUNG: 5-10g/hl für Weißweine und Moste; 5 bis über 10g/hl für Rotweine. Hinweis: Es empfiehlt sich im Vorfeld Klärungsversuche im Labor durchzuführen.
