Description
Plantex® Cocomat embankment matting prevents the growth of weeds, conserves moisture in the soil and allows the soil to breathe. It is the ideal solution for steep slopes. Unlike mulch, the natural coconut fibres cannot be washed away by rainfall as they are firmly bonded to the Plantex® weed fleece. The mat can be used in orchards, ornamental gardens and vegetable gardens. Vegetables and fruit that grow close to the ground, such as strawberries, courgettes, tomatoes and pumpkins, do not come into contact with the soil. Plantex® Cocomat has a shelf life of several years.
