SUITABLE FOR THE EXTERNAL DRYING OF FILLED BOTTLES, CANS, JARS The unit has reduced dimensions and can be easily installed into an existing production lines, to remove water drops and humidity from bottles, cans and jars after bottling or pasteurisation. The unit dries by means of 2 blowing pipes (adjustable to fit different bottles) feeding pressurized air on the entire bottle surface. The blown air is always considerably higher in temperature than the external ambient, thanks to the surrounding plexiglass shields. Inside the drying tunnel the air supplied from the blowing pipes is spread thoroughly on all the bottle surface, thanks to a mechanic rotation system, removing the water drops efficiently. The machine is ready to be installed in an automatic bottling line with output up to 1800 bph. Standardly supplied without drive motor for the chain. The user will have to provide connections to the electric supply net (standard voltage 380V-50 Hz).
