Description
Macchina per la lavorazione di Vini secondo il Metodo Classico. La macchina esegue tutte le operazioni in modo semi-manuale. Le funzioni principali sono la rimozione del tappo corona (degorgement), l’iniezione del liqueur d’expedition (dosage), la livellatura con vino tramite sistema di colmatura. Il monoblocco manuale è costituito principalmente da: • una struttura interamente realizzata in acciaio inossidabile inox AISI 304 formata da una base per l’appoggio a terra e da una colonna, solidale alla base, sulla quale sono installati i dispositivi che consentono alla macchina di eseguire il proprio ciclo produttivo; • un dispositivo per l’operazione di degorgiatura; • un serbatoio per il liquore equipaggiato con ingresso aria compressa (azoto) e relativo manometro per il controllo del valore della pressione; • un dispositivo per l’alloggiamento della bottiglia e il suo inserimento sulla valvola di controllo del flusso di liquore in ingresso: tale dispositivo è predisposto per poter accogliere (sostituendo il solo particolare che sostiene la bottiglia) i formati lavorabili; • una valvola di scambio a tre vie, con comando manuale, equipaggiata con dispositivo per la regolazione della dose di liquore da immettere nelle bottiglie da lavorare; • un dispositivo per l’alloggiamento della bottiglia che deve essere utilizzata come serbatoio del vino occorrente per l’operazione di livellatura: • una valvola dotata di comando manuale a leva per il controllo della fase di livellatura. La produzione è eseguita in modo autonomo con l’ausilio di un operatore. Tutte le parti a contatto con il prodotto sono costruite in acciaio inox AISI 304 omologato per uso alimentare Caratteristiche tecniche: • Bottiglie lavorabili: Da 0,375 L a 1,5 L • Dosaggio automatico regolabile. • Struttura in acciaio AISI 304. • Funzionamento ad aria compressa • Unità compatta e facilmente trasportabile. • Idonea al lavaggio con sanificanti
