Caratteristiche standard di costruzione: – Telaio realizzato in acciaio inox 304. – Scatolato nastro trasportatore inox inserito nella macchina lunghezza 1000mm. altezza scatolato 140mm. larghezza 100mm. adatto per tappeto in resina acetalica larghezza 82.5mm. spessore 4mm. fornitura senza tappeto di trasporto. – Altezza linea regolabile tramite piedini minima 970mm. massimo 1100mm. – Le guide di scorrimento sul fondo bottiglie entrata ed uscita giostra vengono regolate per un tappeto di spessore 4mm. facilmente regolabile anche per tappeto spessore 3mm. – Quadro comando macchina in acciaio inox. – Tutte la fasi di funzionamento sono gestite da PLC Siemens. – Velocità di produzione regolabile tramite inverter. – Fotocellula fermo macchina per mancanza bottiglie in entrata, riavvio automatico. – Fotocellula fermo macchina per il troppo pieno uscita bottiglie, riavvio automatico. – Protezioni antinfortunistiche trasparenti materiale PETG. – La macchina viene fornita con una sola serie di separatori bottiglie in riferimento ai campioni inviati prima dell’inizio delle lavorazioni. – Il formato bottiglia è idoneo per bottiglie cilindriche con una differenza di circa 25 mm. sul diametro. – Le spondine entrata ed uscita sono regolabili da diametro delle bottiglie da 60mm. a 110mm. – Non necessita la regolazione in altezza bottiglia da 220mm. a 360mm. – Made in Italy for Frutty brand – Collegamento elettrico V.230 – Hz.50 – 0.2Kw.
