Total System Accuracy ensures this instrument and probe combination will provide high accuracy with temperature monitoring. This instrument/probe system delivers a TRUE ±0.9F ° accuracy and probes can be replaced in the field without the need for recalibration. The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument. DuraNeedle probes are best used for dense meats. They also work well with soft foods and liquids. The 35132 is a digital thermometer that is designed primarily for use in food service applications.
