The probe is not included, but is required if you want us to certify your thermometer. Its slim line design fits nicely in the palm of your hand and will provide a good ergonomic grip. It includes a molded rubber boot with lanyard for enhanced durability and impact resistance. Rubber boot includes tabs to hold and store most needle probes. We recommend the model 50336 Type K Probe for use with the thermocouple thermometer for most food related users.
