Description
The new “Vibrator Lifter” removes the dangers and inconvenience of putting heavy railcar vibrators and brackets into the cradle of hopper cars. Our pneumatic over hydraulic unit lifts the vibrator into the cradle with no more physical labor from the operator than it takes to move a lever. The unit is powered by a pneumatic motor to run a hydraulic pump which enables the operation of 2 cylinders to get the correct angle and height to slide the bracket into and out of the cradle on the railcar … all without any manual lifting by your employees. No more crawling under the cars on their knees and lifting 70+ pound vibrators into the cradles, or hitting them with hammers to get them back out when finished with them. INCLUDES ONE VIBRATOR MOUNTING BRACKET.
