Grown at home, it's a revelation: deep green fruit the size of a small egg, completely seedless , with thin skin you can zest right off the tree and flesh that's noticeably juicier and milder than a Key lime . Where Key limes are small, seedy, and aggressively tart, the Bearss delivers all the bright lime aroma with a rounder, less puckering acidity — the kind of clean, generous juice that makes a single fruit go a long way.
