Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour through the growing side of Vandermeer Nursery, as we walk through our retail store and four different production greenhouses, spanning over 20 of our 36 acres. We’ll explore our greenhouse infrastructure, propagation methods, and the technology we use to grow healthy plants at scale. We'll also cover topics like our sustainable growing practices, pest management protocols, and anything else you have questions about. Along the way, you’ll learn a little about our history and how a small family business in 1961 grew into what you see today. This is your chance to see where and how it all happens, complete with expansive greenhouse views of thousands of our homegrown poinsettias in full colour. If you've ever wanted to pick the brain of one of our senior staff with anything plant or greenhouse-related, now's your chance! Please plan for roughly 2 hours, depending on questions.

Jade Plant is a popular, easy-to-grow succulent that is great for beginners and experienced houseplant owners.
