This easy to care for perennial features extra large 8", white flowers airbrushed with pink and small red eyes atop dense dark green foliage. This plant blooms all summer long and requires moist, well-drained soil. Hardy hibiscus are a zone 5, hardy to -20 degrees Fahrenheit! Keep in mind that plants die all the way to the ground in the winter and do not leaf out until much later in the season than other plants, sometimes as late as July! They love lots of water once they start growing and a very hot and sunny place. They can grow to be up to 6' tall! Just be patient with them in the spring while they're hitting the snooze button!
