Description
This is probably the most unique hybrid we've ever produced. First of all, there are very few hybrids of N. peltata out there. The clone we're using is rumored to be introgressed with a sympatric species to some extent and it has an intensely rich coloration, which is coming through in spades in the cross, even at small size. Nothing else in the greenhouse can be mistaken for this cross, and we haven't seen any other hybrid with such consistently rich leaf coloration. The bottoms of the leaves are a deep crimson at all times in our conditions. Combined with the vigorousness and texture of N. x briggsiana we can't get over the potential of this hybrid.
