Nepenthes "Jungle Bells" is N. ventricosa x sibuyanensis , an Exotica Plants hybrid that's been around a bit. A few years ago we back-crossed it with N. ventricosa to make N. Jolly Victory . This time we've done the other back-cross, mixing it with N. sibuyanensis . We're hoping it retains the fat round pitcher shape of the pollen parent while retaining the growability and pitcheriness of N. ventricosa. We love making back-crosses! The full designation for this hybrid is Nepenthes ( ventricosa × sibuyanensis ) × sibuyanensis . This Nepenthes hybrid pitcher plant will be shipped in a moss plug with a 3.5" plastic pot and enough top-quality New Zealand long-fiber sphagnum moss to fill it. Planting and growing instructions will also be included.
