For some reason the only word I can think of to describe this cross is "sumptuous." It's almost too much of a good thing. Nepenthes "Love" has been crazy consistent in producing excellent, colorful hybrids, and N. vogelii brings a lot to the table, including very aggressive genetics and a decadent pitcher shape on the uppers. This is going to be excellent at maturity. The full designation for this hybrid is Nepenthes [( lowii × veitchii ) × boschiana ] × vogelii . This Nepenthes hybrid pitcher plant will be shipped bare-root with a 3.5" plastic pot and enough top-quality New Zealand long-fiber sphagnum moss to fill it. Planting and growing instructions will also be included.
