Description
We've observed that back-crossing tends to produce extremely high-performing Nepenthes hybrids. We're super excited to mix the Malesiana Tropicals N. veitchii x platychila with our beautiful Nepenthes veitchii "pink" and hopefully produce a nice, tubby plant with a wider tolerance of conditions than pure veitchii. We're already seeing plenty of fuzz, so it's looking great so far. The full designation for this hybrid is Nepenthes ( veitchii x platychila ) "MT" × veitchii "pink" . This plant will be shipped in a Sphagnum moss plug with a 3" plastic pot and enough top-quality New Zealand long-fiber sphagnum moss to fill it. Planting and growing instructions will also be included.
